Join us tomorrow, September 2nd at 6 PM, at Mike Hess Brewing Ocean Beach for a hyper-limited run of Cask-Conditioned Rising Hope West Coast Pilsner.

What makes cask-conditioned beer special? Instead of standard forced carbonation, the beer undergoes a secondary fermentation right inside the cask. This natural process yields an incredibly fresh pour with a soft, silky carbonation texture you won’t get anywhere else.🍻

Even better: September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and this marks our 8th year partnering with the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation through the Brewing Funds the Cure initiative.πŸŽ—οΈ
