Team Shoutout! ✨
Olivia started at The Rose on Mother’s Day a couple years ago, throwing her right into the magic 🧚
She studied horticulture in college, and loves being active outside whether it’s walking along the harbor in search of sea life, hiking, or shredding the slopes 🏂
She does this all in style, as she is an avid thrifter! She also has two 🐱- Cass and Luna!
She recently enjoyed the Frenchtown Farms ‘Limited Hangout’ Picpoul/ Chenin blend for its pleasant and engaging summery funkiness. She recommends grabbing a bottle for the table with our Seared Verlasso Salmon!
For a red, she would go with Edgar Brutler ‘Sefu’ from Romania for its bright, juicy, breezy vibes, best served chilled, and for the incredible label.
If she was to describe herself as a wine, she would be a Lambrusco because she’s a surprising and bubbly red with a tart side 🫧 Come say hi to her and the team this weekend!
