Our latest release is an American Pilsner that will have you dreaming of nature walks in remote places. 🏕️

Backcountry Bound 🏞️
American Pilsner
5.4% ABV

Backcountry Bound is a 5.4% ABV American pilsner brewed with HBC 1134, an experimental hop from Yakima Chief. Pouring a straw-yellow color, it opens with aromas of fresh sourdough, bright lemon, and a touch of white pepper. On the palate, biscuit, pizza dough, and a hint of corn meet lemon zest, creating a crisp, balanced sip. Light-bodied with a subtle sweetness and refreshing finish, it’s sure to leave you dreaming up your next adventure.
