Wine Club members: we’ll see you tonight at 6:30 PM for our Chilean Wine Club Dinner.

Our September Wine Club release is here—and this one is deeply personal.

Chile is a place near and dear to Juan and me: a country of extraordinary beauty, meaningful friendships and memories we carried home with us.

This month’s wines are Haras de Pirque Hussonet Cabernet Sauvignon from the Maipo Valley and Primus “The Blend” 2022 from Apalta in the Colchagua Valley—two very different expressions of Chile.

Hussonet also begins the story of someone we are especially excited for you to meet: Cecilia Guzmán, the acclaimed winemaker and general manager behind Haras de Pirque, Antinori’s remarkable Chilean estate.

On October 2, Cecilia will join us at King William Wine Co. for an intimate six-course dinner featuring six Haras de Pirque wines, including rare selections we seldom have the opportunity to share.

Swipe through to discover this month’s wines, the places behind them and why this release means so much to us.

Wine Club members: your September wines are ready.

You know Antinori.

But do you know what the family is doing at the foot of the Andes?

Haras de Pirque is the Antinori family’s Chilean estate—a very different landscape, a very different expression of Cabernet, and one of the stories we’re exploring throughout September.

And on October 2, we won’t simply taste the wines.

Winemaker Cecilia Guzmán is coming to King William to taste them with us.

Six wines. Six courses. One very special Friday night.

CTA: Reserve for October 2.

Members — September 16 takes us deeper into Chile.

We’ll move through regions, grapes and styles—from bright coastal wines into the serious reds that have made Chile one of the great Cabernet landscapes in the world.

The menu will follow the same progression.

And yes… we may pour a little preview of where we’re headed next.

This September, we’re going south.

Our Member Wines and September Member Dinner will take us through Chile—from cool vineyards influenced by the Pacific to Cabernet growing beneath the Andes.

And then we finish the journey in a way we rarely get to: the winemaker comes to dinner.

Friday, October 2, Cecilia Guzmán of Haras de Pirque joins us at King William.

All September, we explore Chile.
On October 2, we meet the winemaker.

September Member Dinner + October 2 reservations available now.

Come in, bring someone you enjoy, order a beautiful bottle of wine, and spend the evening with us.

Cellar Pairing · $79

Open to everyone.
Just make your regular reservation.
We look forward to welcoming you.

Restaurant Week officially ends today. We’re not quite ready to let it go. So we’re extending our Culinaria menu one more day — Sunday, August 30.

Come spend Sunday with us. Start at 3 with The King William Sunday Tea, Champagne and composed bites, then stay for one final evening of Culinaria.

Three courses · $55

Good food. Champagne. A long Sunday afternoon that turns into dinner.

Your final chance is Sunday.

Reservations recommended.
