A Farewell from Chef Geronimo:

We are announcing that Botika will be closing, with our last day of service on Sunday, August 4. This decision has been incredibly tough, made with a lot of thoughtful consideration. For the past eight years, we’ve created wonderful memories and built a fantastic community together.

Life sometimes brings new priorities and opportunities. For me, this means spending more time with my family and exploring new personal and professional interests. Although this chapter is ending, I eagerly look forward to the new adventures ahead and will always treasure the amazing journey we’ve had here.

I am profoundly grateful to all our loyal customers and dedicated staff who have been part of this journey. It has been an honor to be a part of this community, and I look forward to future opportunities.

Thank you for everything.
