There is something magical about a grey, rainy day that gives you permission to slow right down. While the storm rolls outside, inside we’re building a warm sanctuary out of flour, eggs, and a little bit of patience.
Making pasta from scratch isn’t just about dinner—it’s therapy. Kneading the dough until it’s silky, rolling it out, and watching those imperfect, beautiful strands drop into boiling water is the ultimate slow-living ritual. No rushing, no shortcuts.
