As Texas's original “brewstillery”, we offer a unique, educational Brewstillery Tour where you can learn how we make our beer and our bourbon on Saturdays at 1 & 3PM. Our tasting room is a great way to experience our beer, whiskey, and unique beer cocktails. We had a wonderful time at Zoo La-La! this week and are very excited about the launch of Lowlands Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey, our limited edition B'Wenzi collaboration with the San Antonio Zoo.
The conservation-driven spirit was crafted exclusively for San Antonio Zoo, with a portion of proceeds from every bottle sold directly benefiting wildlife conservation efforts.
Curated by San Antonio Zoo, the B’Wenzi edition is a grain-to-glass, handcrafted Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey made with Texas-sourced grains, aged in charred oak barrels, and finished in amburana barrels. Each sip delivers a bold, sweet-bodied, and smooth finish, with distinctive notes of cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Limited Texas Whiskey Festival Collaboration! Order now and pick up anytime after release. Our State & Republic wheated bourbon spent three years in new oak barrels before being finished in a 60 gallon Amburana barrel (Brazilian tight wood traditionally used for cachaca aging). Over the next few weeks the spirit and the barrel became acquainted to produce notes of cinnamon, maple syrup, butterscotch, and vanilla.

This release is only available for pick-up at Ranger Creek. Your pre-order holds your bottles, and you can pick it up on or after the launch date.

The release party is on April 18th from 5-9 with live music and Beesons Food Truck.

Details matter. Each batch of our .36 flagship bourbon follows our grain-to-glass philosophy. Texas corn is milled, sour mashed, fermented, double-distilled and aged at our San Antonio distillery. This class requires a pre-purchased ticket to attend. One ticket per person, which includes: A welcome drink, 2 cocktails that you will make, and light snacks.

We will be featuring two specialty cocktails. We will guide you in an informative and fun cocktail class and you will sent home with recipe cards so that you can recreate the cocktails at home.
