Hello everyone! It has been a long 5 months since our closure..We hope this finds you well and with a new favorite eatery. I have BRANCHED away from the restaurant industry and am currently working in the arbor care field with Arborist Aboard !
We have two certified Arborist with a number of secondary credentials, who i will be able to learn from and grow with in this industry. Arborist Aboard has a strong emphasis on tree biology and mechanics, which helps share our tree care plans for your property and assets. Once a plan is in place, we have the team and industry specific equipment to execute your project.
Outside of general tree care, we offer PHC treatments, GPS based tree inventories, trees and construction planning and management programs along with many other arbor care related services. This event today will not be cancelled. Our house is a mess with lots of clutter, still will be working all the way through the event.
Wanted to give a special thanks Susie and Don Gibbs for use of the refrigerator truck, Randal Commodore Wi for the offer to use his venue in Webster, employees Megan, Brandon, Tony and my wife Randi for all their help "off the clock", Ron Monk of Darby Solutions, Tammy and Jose, Kenny and Theresa Statham, Al's pizza for the corn hole boards, and Liz Kutch for her offering of help.
We do have tables for the food, paper plates and plastic utensils, quite a bit of soda, we will just use tap water from the house. But no chairs, or tables to eat on. Anyone with access to bottled waters or pitchers of tea you can bring that.
Our original post has reached 30k people, we appreciate the love and concern and all the kind messages. Please just try your best to find parking around the yard..please call me at 813-714-8209 with any questions.

We will try to have everything ready to go and start around 2pm this Sarurday at 13541 Bellamy Brothers Blvd. If you have chairs, or pop up tents would be smart to bring. Also if anyone knows of someone that does water slides that could donate or get us a good deal let us know. If you have a cooler we could possibly use extra ice.
It will be donations for the food. Things like wings, burgers, hotdogs, steaks, fish, fries. Cucumber tomato salad and more. We should have plenty, but will be first come first serve as some supplies will be more limited then others.

The Abbey Tavern will not be reopening, after 13 years of renting, the landlord has told us we have a few days to remove anything that was ours before they change locks and no longer allow me on property.
We asked for permission to run a tempeorary food truck on premises to get rid of the 4 or 5 thousand dollars of food we had on site. To which the Abbott would not agree.
My life has been flipped upside down due to a fire that wasn't my fault. An act of God, that the Catholics have told us(not even a sorry for your loss) but you have a few days to remove your stuff and we will not be continuing our verbal agreement with the business...

My wife, myself, and many of our employees will be having a fundraiser/benefit/fairwell to the Abbey family at my house on this Saturday . We will be cooking a lot of the food and taking donations, with many beers and alcohol available. We have a lot of planning and prepping to do in a few days.
We will have a fire, pool table and maybe someone can bring corn hole game. Please stay tuned for further updates.

Big time thanks to the Pasco County firefighters who showed up quickly and was aggressive towards putting out fire and saved the building from completely being burnt to ground. Great job firefighters, thank you for your service

We will be closed immediately until further notice. Huge roof fire early this AM and damaged most all of building. This will probably be a few months to fix. Please pray for us and employees who will be out of work until we get back running
