I came up with a zero carb piña colada. Delicious 😋
-3 shots rum
-1 shot heavy whipping cream
-1 shot skinny syrup, pineapple
-1/2 bottle of sparking ice coconut pineapple sparkling water
- 1 cup crushed ice (more if your liquids are not cold)
**makes a large serving that is on the stronger side. Reduce shots of rum if you don’t like it strong**

This pineapple coconut margarita is my favorite cocktail to make when it's cold & snowy outside and I'm wishing I were on a warm & sunny beach!

RECIPE:

3 ounces reposado tequila
1 ounce orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier, Triple Sec)
6 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
3 ounces full fat coconut milk
1 ½ ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup or agave

Add tequila, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake well for at least 10 seconds.
Strain into rimmed cocktail glass (filled with crushed ice).
Optional: garnish with lime wedge. Enjoy!
