The Mix would like to clarify that no staff member or employee was charged with or accused of committing any sexual abuse crime related to this incident. The police report being circulated online has been used to create false and defamatory narratives that unfairly target our employees and business. We believe using an official report in this manner to defame innocent people is wrong, and we are referring this matter to the appropriate authorities. Throughout our history, The Mix has never had allegations of this nature involving our staff and has been honored with multiple local awards because of the continued support and trust of customers like you. While we understand that cancel culture often spreads information quickly, we ask everyone to focus on the facts. Our thoughts remain with the victim, and we hope justice is fully served for them and for every woman who has been the victim of sexual abuse.
