Chef Wayne has created a very special Outdoor Retailer in room dining special. It is a three course dinner that starts with a small garden salad with roma tomatoes, garlic croutons, shaved red onion, parmesan cheese and choice of dressing. Your second course is a delicous BBQ chicken & spare rib combo with our house jack & coke BBQ sauce. Served with garlic whipped potatoes and broccolini. Then to end on a high note...NY cheesecake with fresh local strawberries.
