Style: American Sour IPA
ABV: 5%                                      
Color: Gold 2.8 SRM 
Malt: Pure Idaho, Chit
Hops: Dolceta, El Dorado Lupomax, Krush Lupomax

Sun Slope Sour is an American Sour IPA with aromas of tart pineapple, ripe peach and lemon zest. The acidity from the Philly Sour yeast is apparent, yet restrained, giving way to a medium hop bitterness with a pleasantly tart and juicy tropical fruit finish. 😋

We have a funeral potatoes pizza special, and our friends at Forty Three Bakery made delicious mixed berry streusel pies for us.
