Launchpad is a new artistic incubation program that empowers artists to create and perform new works by providing expanded access to our venues, resources, and production support. This nine-month program (January-September 2027) pairs three artists or artist collectives with a Fellow to develop, rehearse, and produce original evening-length performances.

The Launchpad Fellow is a paid, part-time position designed for an established multidisciplinary artist interested in mentorship, creative leadership, and producing their work.
