It’s National Whiskey Sour Day, but at White Horse, we’re saying “No Sour for You”!

Our take on the classic starts with High West Double Rye, a bold blend of younger, spice-forward rye and older, richer rye, then brings in Meletti Amaro, chamomile honey, lemon, orange, orange bitters, and egg white for that silky sour finish.

And the whiskey has a story worth raising a glass to. High West Distillery® is committed to protecting the wild places we call home, from donating more than $1 million to conservation efforts to reducing water use and finding new life for spent grain right here in Utah.

We went bananas for National Rum Day 🍌🥃

Our Banana Bread is a tropical, nutty, silky-smooth cocktail built around 3 Stars Rum, a blend that brings together three Caribbean rum traditions: the richness of Barbados, the finesse of Trinidad, and the bold structure of Jamaica.

Add banana liqueur, oloroso sherry, Cocchi Americano, orgeat, fresh lemon, and black walnut bitters, and it’s giving banana bread fresh out of the oven... only boozier.



There’s a lot to love about the rum behind it, too. Planteray works across historic rum-producing regions and is known for techniques that highlight each terroir and its unique character. In Barbados, its Stade’s West Indies Rum Distillery is also the first Caribbean distillery to earn Bonsucro Chain of Custody certification for responsibly sourced and traded sugarcane. The distillery is investing in solar energy, sustainable agriculture, and other initiatives to reduce its environmental impact.

Happy National White Wine Day! We’re celebrating with Château Recougne Bordeaux Blanc, a vibrant blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, and Sémillon with notes of honeysuckle, crisp apple, grapefruit, and a bright lemony finish.

Fun fact: Château Recougne was named by King Henri IV himself. “Recougne” means “recognition,” a nod to the exceptional quality of the estate’s wines. While Bordeaux’s right bank is best known for reds, the estate discovered a unique pocket of deep clay-limestone soil that’s perfectly suited for growing Sauvignon Blanc, giving this white its fresh, lively character.

Join us as we explore , one of Scotland’s most iconic Highland distilleries with a curated lineup of four unique expressions: from the bright and approachable 10 Year to the rich, sherry-finished Lasanta, port-cask-aged Quinta Ruban, and the dessert-inspired Tale of Ice Cream.

Our bartenders also created a one-of-a-kind featured cocktail, the Golden Revival, highlighting Glenmorangie 10 Year with Kin 7 L’Aero, Licor 43, chamomile honey, orange, and black walnut bitters. Available through Wednesday.
