Originally founded in Salt Lake City in 1884, Fisher Brewing Company has returned as an employee owned, community-focused craft brewery. Located in the Granary District of Salt Lake City, we serve fine ales and lagers in our brewery taproom and at limited locations in Salt Lake City.

So nice we had to do it twice! Our an annual collaboration lager with SLACKWATER SLC went so fast we stuck another one in the tank as fast we could. The first batch was intended to be the July special but was totally gone in two weeks 🤯

Well...another 20 barrel batch is freshly back on. Snag some whille you can, next release will be Summer 2027. Exculsively here at Fisher and Slackwater locations. 🍻
