FRESH HOP!!!

We squeezed our second fresh hop b**r of the year into cans today 🥳 This b**r has a bit more alcohol than Utah draft strength, dialing in at 6.5% ABV. We poured 200 pounds of fresh Idaho 7 hops to make this 10 barrel batch of goodness. The result: a balanced and moderately bitter IPA that features huge aromas of melon and resinous fruity pine. It's hop Hop Candy in a glass 🍻 Many thanks to Crosby Hops for cultivating the beautiful hops we used in this b**r. Available now!!!

Happy Rocktober to those who celebrate 🤘 The Rocktoberfest only hits the tap lines once a year, so don't miss it. This b**r has a beautiful golden color in the glass. There's a subtle crackery aroma on the nose and a clean long-lasting flavorful finish on the palate. Accentuated by some of Europe's finest noble hops, this b**r fits right in with the classic Festbiers released this time of year. Come snag a pint and pair it with some delicious food from Sol Food today 🍻

Flying in fresh off the canning line, the White IPA is back! This seasonal release is the big brother of the ever popular White Pale. At 7.2% abv, this b**r has a full body that its little brother lacks, but still carries the primary building blocks of the White Pale: robust doses of Mosaic hops throughout the brewing process, and dry hopped with Mosaic, Cascade and Simcoe. This is a West-Coast IPA featuring a soft, moderate bitterness. Loads of wheat malt help maintain a soft mouthfeel, but hops dominate with hints of berry, pine and bit of melon. Available now until it's gone! 🍻
