I KNOW IT DOESN’T RHYME) the crew has been hard at work, lovingly, on a new fall menu that will take us through to our 10th anniversary this December 🥹 this menu will be homage to the past, present, and future of Water Witch. Check our stories for how you can be involved!

Not only is Eric a total cutie pie, a beyond excellent friend, and a DYNAMIC and TALENTED bartender, he also has one of the most curated palates we’ve ever seen! IT’S OUR BOY Dawson Jenkins 🫶🏼 Not only does he have that beautiful childlike sense of wonder, charisma that doesn’t QUIT, and a VOLUMINOUS MANE(!!!), he also is one of the big brains behind our eccentric and ever changing cocktail list.
