We have a couple of great live music events coming up this weekend at Piper Down featuring some of the best solo performers in the area, performing all original music! On Friday, 6/12, Columbia Jones, Melissa Chilinski and Alicia Stockman are each performing hour long sets. Melissa will bring the folk music, Alicia the singer/songwriter, and Columbia will be playing the blues! And on Saturday, fantastic live looping artist, Simply B, is back and teaming up with Juliette Camille on fiddle. They'll be performing live funk, rock and more. Shows are just $5 apiece! Music from 9 til past midnight both nights!

First on Friday, the Salt Lake Whalefishers are joining forces with Sean Baker's Recycled Stardust for hours of original folk punk, complete with some Celtic elements.
