Together with seasoned winemaker and head cidermaker, Joel Goodwillie, Mountain West Hard Cider is proud to share an age-old European tradition of fermented hard cider with the local community using quality ingredients sourced right here in the Mountain West Region. "Ruby," the flagship cider for Mountain West Hard Cider, is named for the sandstone canyon that crosses from Colorado into Utah, and made from local Utah apples. Mountain West Cider is proud to offer 3 other year-round selections including 7-Mile Session, Cottonwood Dry-Hopped, Sweet Alice Peach and Turmeric and Desolation Prickly Pear Hard Cider as well as several rotating and seasonal varieties.
