Smoking Monster BBQ and Sushi Bar Join us at Smoking Monster unique BBQ and sushi fusion! we will look forward to serving you! We moved to Salisbury Maryland in 2014.

and embark on a road filled with flavor, you will be provided with delicious fresh Asian food you'll put over the fire! We started building our first family-owned business, Koto Japanese Steakhouse. We started building it the same year we moved here. This was a family-owned business made to create job opportunities for people who live here. We then took over Manna in April 2018 which helped us get

the funds for Kaiju. We built Kaiju which was a Sushi and Ramen bar restaurant in 2021 at Berlin Maryland. Now we are opening a third restaurant which is a BBQ and Sushi Bar restaurant, Smoking Monster!
