This Friday, we’re excited to share a new blend of an old friend: Internal Dialogue (Blend 02 - 7.2%)

The last time we released this special beer was all the way back in June of 2020.

This contemporary interpretation of vieille saison, born of simple origins, open fermented, and laid to rest in oak foeders for 14-26 months, comes from a blend of "old" saisons from our cellar. Earthy sage, floral hay, and stoney minerality intertwine with white pepper, to***co, and lemon rind for a crisp and contemplative experience. From us to you, we present Internal Dialogue.

Come Friday (12/16/22), bottles will be available online at ASB.BEER (link in bio) and at all locations.

Coming this Thursday:
A Moment’s Rest (11.1%)

In 2019 we blended together a one-year-old, spontaneously fermented beer with a barleywine-inspired wild ale that had fermented and aged upon California Flame raisins for nine months. This blend was allowed to undergo a secondary fermentation, in barrel, marrying the two beers over the course of seventeen months before being laid to rest in bottles. The resulting beer, more akin to fortified wine in its profile, was packaged still and offers notes of brown sugar, late harvest grape, luxardo cherry, and cassis. From us to you, we present A Moment’s Rest.
