It’s with the heaviest of hearts, we say goodbye to one of the good ones. Our friend, Jack Yoder passed away last week, abruptly, unexpectedly and far too soon.

Jack wasn’t just a talented musician to us, he was family. When Jack came to town, we knew two things, we were going to be greeted with a smile and the best hug ever and we were going to make him play his Chicken Song as many times as possible. A lesser musician would find this annoying, Jack played to it and you could tell he truly enjoyed what he did. And we enjoyed watching him do what he was so damn good at.

We were fortunate for a lot of late night hours talking about life, family, mutual friends, the road and what plans were ahead. We’ll miss this just as much as his music.

We hope those chickens are taking good care of you up there Jack, you sir deserve it.

Thursdays are for the ladies here at Trudy's. And by popular demand, we are now extending our half price ladies menu from 5-7 to 5-8. That's an extra hour of great specials. We also have $2 off all our premium ci**rs and draft b**r.

We will also be raffling off to two lucky ladies, a $25 gift card to Gourmet Eats at Iron and Ohio and a $25 gift card to Trudy's. All you have to do is stop in, enjoy a great drink and your name goes in the jar!
