Hi I’m Adam Kimbrel, the owner and lead operator of The Boozy Pony. I knew this trailer was meant to be mine the moment I saw it two years ago. Originally crafted for a couple’s wedding, its Western aesthetic clicked instantly—probably because I grew up in a cattle‑ranching/dairy families where horses and livestock were part of everyday life.

My background is a blend of hospitality and people‑focused work. I started as a cook and managed a small ice cream fountain in high school, moved into serving, and eventually bartended throughout college. Later, I spent 10 years in recruiting and sales, which taught me how to read a room, take care of people, and keep things running smoothly. All of that comes together here, creating unforgettable celebrations with The Boozy Pony.

We have a beautiful venue and multiple vendors I'm ready to refer to in order to make your vision of your celebration come to life.

Thank you Settings Event Rentall! This team was amazing to meet and had such a beautiful selction of placements and centerpiece arrangements. Definitely worth checking them out as this is an alternative to purchasing for your special event!

Check out the other vendors who were at the Heart of the Rockies Wedding Association event a couple weekends ago! We certainly enjoyed snacking on baked goods from Little Red Hen Bakery and food from Salida Catering!
