🍋🟩🌶️ Heat Carolime - Spicy Mexican Lime Lager - 4.7% ABV - 21 IBU W
Conceived by a group of Main Street regulars and hot pepper enthusiasts and first brewed at our Market Street location, this small batch takes our base recipe from Sweet Carolime and infuses the flavor, aroma, and heat of a blend of jalapeno, serrano, and habanero peppers. Pulling back some on the lime addition allows the peppers to shine, with a bright, inviting aroma, and a bit of burn that will make spice lovers satisfied, while stopping short of being overpowering. AKA TFK IFKYK.
🎃👢 Ugh Bootz - Pumpkin Ale - 6.1% ABV - 21 IBU L
This autumn seasonal was brewed to be approachable, starting with a light orange hued base consisting of light crystal, Vienna and Munich malts, adding lactose to contribute sweetness, and adding a blend of spices that conjure up fall memories, without being overbearing. A blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger and cardamom were used in the whirlpool to achieve the perfect balance of crust-like sweetness and spice, just like fresh pumpkin pie.
