This Tuesday we’re celebrating Latin American independence. September 15 is Independence Day for Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Costa Rica—and Mexico’s grito comes at midnight.

Taco Tuesday buffet all you can eat from 4pm, $9 margaritas at happy hour and $6 Mexican candy shots. Mariachi en vivo 6:30 to 8.

Salted Blueberry Sour—Empress rose, elderflower gin, blueberry, lemon.
Piña Punch—milk-washed aged rum, velvet falernum, pineapple, lime.
Spanish Flower—Botanist gin, elderflower, lemon, topped with Prosecco.

Camarones a la Diabla, the Mexican classic built for heat and depth.

Fresh shrimp sautéed and tossed in a house made diabla sauce, built on charred onion, ripe tomato, and a careful balance of chiles. Served with fluffy white rice and an agave lemon dressed green salad, finished with watermelon radish for crunch and color.

Bold, smoky, and full of flavor. A dish that brings the heat straight to your table.
