Inspired by his time as Sous Chef at Tabla in NYC, this dish reflects years spent refining technique at some of the country’s most respected kitchens, now translated through The Cozy Taberna’s Spanish lens.

Two Dungeness crab cakes seasoned with preserved lemon, pimenton, garlic, and tomato. Served with romesco and aioli.

May is full and we’ve been saving you a seat.

Today, we welcome something new with our Crab Cake Special - a fresh start as we say goodbye to oysters.

Our Barrel Select Release Party from 5–6 pm is next. Come by for a taste, stay as long as you’d like.

Mother’s Day and Willamette graduation share the same day this year, and the room is nearly booked. If you’re planning to celebrate, we’d love to take care of you.

The following Thursday, Andante Vineyard joins us in the lounge for four wines paired with four courses from Chef Chris Robertson.

We’re especially looking forward to our first Legacy Series Winemaker Dinner - an evening with Jim Bernau and Joe Dobbes, pouring library wines with stories behind every glass. Only a few seats left.

And to close the month, we’ll meet you at St. Innocent for the start of our Summer Series dinners among the vines.
