Chinook Winds Update: I have finally had a chance to get things sorted and starting the setup. If my count is correct, I have one slot open for 3 person, first to get the entry form and money to me via email gets in. Weekender scotch is almost full with prepaid entries, I know we will get some cancellations from 3 person, but the majority of the entries for Weekender are players that are coming out for just that event, so if you want to secure your spot, need to get the entry and form emailed to me asap. Singles boards are filling up as well. I cannot guarantee that there will be a spot for your skill level open if you wait until Wednesday to sign up. To guarantee your spot, email the form and the money to me now. I have ordered up some nice weather for us next week. Should be "A Howling Good 9"

Final deadline for Chinook Entries is this Friday, October 25. Early scotch is nearly full. All other events, there is still plenty of room. Please get your entries and money in by midnight on Friday to secure your spot. Entry forms are located on our local website pacificnw.apaleagues.com. I need the entry form and entry fees to come in together please. Do Not Use Snail Mail to get them to me. Chances are that they will not get to me in time. Let's have " A Howling Good 9"

Play Till You Win 8 Ball Singles Qualifier: November 2 starting 11 am at Silver Star, 6718 NE 4th Plain Blvd, Vancouver. Entry fee is $43 person (includes green fees) In order to participate, you must be on an active 8 Ball team this session and have a 8 ball skill level based on a minimum of 10 scores. 10 scores must have been earned in the last 2 years. Once qualified you must remain on an active 8 ball team through Spring sessions. Play on as many 4 person, single elimination boards until you get qualified or we run out of time. Boards will be split into skill level groups whenever possible. (8 ball doubles players are eligible, Masters only players are not eligible ) This is for the Spring regionals, which will be held March 1, 2025 for a chance to advance to the National Singles Championships in May of 2025. Please check your calendars before entering. Nationals sets the dates that we can run the regionals and the Spring regional dates almost always conflict with another league's National tournament. Space is limited. Please pre-register by responding to this post or emailing Boomer at [email protected] by no later than 5 pm on November 1 Maxine Buhler will be your tournament director.

Today, October 15 is the early registration deadline for our upcoming Chinook Winds tournament. If you want a chance at the early registration cash drawing, I need your entry forms and money in today by midnight and your Winner's Circle card number on the entry form. Final registration deadline is Friday, October 25. Both of the scotch doubles events are getting full. There is still plenty of room in the 3 person and singles events. Get your entries in before the final deadline to be guaranteed a spot. Let's have a "Howling Good 9" at the beach!

Reminder the deadline to get in the Early Registration cash drawing for our Chinook Winds 9 Ball event is Tuesday, October 15. I need the entry form and money in at the same time please. You must include your Winner's Circle card number on the entry form in order to get into the drawing. Deadline is coming up fast. Don't delay.
