Incredibly sorry to hear about Robbie. I gave Robbie a job at Cheers Poker Room and Casino, then in Salem New Hampshire after he was told he would never work again and earn money. Helping people was a big part of our mission and we wanted to help Robbie. Everyone loved having him in the casino almost everyday. Despite his injury, Robbie was incredibly smart, very sharp, and a good poker player. Robbie's main job was surveillance security, watching people play and observing people. Robbie busted at least a half dozen people trying to beat us, he would come flying out in the room and grab me or Jeff and bring us to the surveillance screen. We loved burying him in chips and making him rack up huge quantiles, and it was hilarious, he loved it. Finally, getting paid. He made me take a photo of him with his earnings every week. It was great to provide a place for him to "live again" and I cherish being his friend. We chatted all the time, I will miss him dearly. Daniel Dandreo

Three years ago the Casino was professionally photographed before we opened. 30 poker tables, 19 Pit Tables, Full bar and restaurant. 47 TV's all built out and set up for sports betting and Keno. Millions invested and spent. We excited and are moving very quickly in my quest to resume operations after the pandemic. In the buildout I had state of the art HVAC to the IBC and state code installed at a significant cost which provided fresh air exchanges, kind of amazing 3 years later we are in a pandemic and air quality in casinos is the "new" thing to be sure is in place. We will be back. Stay safe everyone, follow along with the current journey. I look forward to seeing all our great customers and staff.

Hello all ! The 4th Public Verified Complaint regarding Cheers is provided here and now part of the public record. This is not the last filing. The paper trail evidence is long and indelible, the witness list is over 100. I humbly suggest anyone contacted be cooperative and honest. Dandreo and Cheers are proceeding under the rules of New Hampshire Court Civil procedures rules and will only deal in facts and testimony under oath before a judge and jury. All filings are available to the public and will be updated here. The case will not be tried on social medial or thru sloppy newspaper reporting. This is a slow lawful process, methodical by law, but with a very clear path. All people are innocent until proven guilty. Thank you to all our customers and friends for you continued support. Except for the pandemic and awful deaths of many friends, I accomplished what I set out to achieve in 2020. I had a spectacular year endlessly quarantined in my office. Produced over 2500 pages of legal documents, and filed several lawsuits over Cheers. Lost 24.5 pounds. Lowered BMI significantly as well as blood and overall health. Inspired by my friend Mark, started walking (but now where near what he does; he is a machine) My work in the office is 95% done on Cheers and I leave 2020 full of run with insane 2021 ahead. If you think I been thru some stuff the last few years with my project, hold my beer. That is going to look like baby stuff. Invigorated, Excited and charged for 2021, its going to be spectacular.
