Hey guys we are gathering pictures and memories of our dear family, friend, ex-employee... "Big Shaun" Stewart... If anyone has good one please post them here or send to my inbox.

These photos will be used for his celebration of life and future benefit! Also if you have the time when we do have the benefit (meaning; even if you're not a pool player come and show your support. His significant other is asking if we could write one small message or share a short memory on a note, he plans to make a memorial box of some kind!) we will have the slips available the day of the tournament! Pictures before hand will be nice 👍🏼

Thank you for being loyal and patient with us we are planning on our grand reopening January 1st. Right now we are working hard to meet that goal for remodeling. Due to change of ownership we will no longer be using this page..Please follow us on our new page run by our new owner Mariah O'Bea. Congratulations to all our 2025 Waynesville and surrounding school graduates. Tonight may be a long night for some of you parents, if you need a drink after feel free to bring your new found grown-ups with you for some games of pool or just you for a drink. Join us for the Souper bowl! Tis the season, Pot luck style bring your favorite soup, dips, chili? To OB's party starts at 3:30 pm! I'm sure some bets will be going, would love to throw together the Rob O'Bea annual tournament... Family friendly event!
So we will ask everyone to smoke outside while the kids are actively running around!

Shot specials at every touchdown, Maddy will be slinging drinks. Happy hour is from 3-6 pm that means -$1 off every alcoholic drink served!. We close at 1:30am even on Sunday let's party it up guys!

Huge shout out to everyone who participated today especially efforts from Erika Harper helping me cook. We had lots of technical difficulties but first time ever doing that set up outside so I was glad to finally get the roll on. VLove Alcantara for coordinating everything inside between the tournament and the rest of the charities. Shanea Pearl Patterson Brown behind the bar working a double.

Welp today is the day. Let us all show Shaun what good community is 1 last big event. His go fund me(s) will remain open for anyone who is a little late and still wanting to help.

$20 entry. 50/50 cash raffle all day. Silent auction for some great items donated by locals. Kids welcome! Remember even if your not coming to win your entry is a donation to help a man with a big heart who just lost a child.

So we will be doing our benefit for Shauns daughter the first Sunday of Oct, pretty sure their poker run will happen the Saturday before that. Details for food I am not sure about just yet. But we will be serving food for a set donation price for sure!
We will have a 50/50 cash raffle the tickets will be $1 each or you get (6) for $5. The tournament will start sign ups at 1pm tournament starts at 2pm... That is October 6th! $20 entry ($10 goes to pot $10 is donation) 8 ball race to 3 double elimination. Prizes will be broken down as follows; First place gets 60%, 2nd gets 30% 3rd gets 10% and TOP FEMALE player gets their money back for playing and a bar prize! This is a kid friendly event that being said we will probably have majority of people park down below in the gravel lot so if kids want to run around outside they can, take pictures with the bikes, we can maybe spring for someone to get a bounce house (weather pending), we would like to have silent auction but haven't gotten any donated items yet. So if you can provide items or even gift certificates to auction off or give as consultation prizes that would be great (drop off at ob's anytime after noon!) Our goal is to raise at least $5000 for the costs of her cremation... I know that is high but between the whole community I believe we can help him lay his baby girl to rest and if we raise more than that that would be great because they have lots of medical debt that they've racked up over the past few years with her health complications. Please share.
