This coastal luxury dinner was created as part of a local charity gala auction experience, every detail was curated to make one evening feel entirely their own. 🥂

A beautifully set table waiting for its first conversation & a three-course menu chosen by our guest and brought to life by Chef Allie. 🍽️

First: 🥗
Arugula, goat cheese, roasted beets, pistachio & pomegranate molasses vinaigrette.

Second: 🥩
Filet Mignon Oscar, whipped potatoes, asparagus, scorched tomatoes & béarnaise.

Third: 🍮
Butterscotch budino, salted caramel, vanilla whipped cream & shortbread crumble.

First served in Stockholm in 1897 in honor of King Oscar II of Sweden, whose fondness for veal, asparagus, shellfish and rich butter sauces inspired the dish. 👑

Over time, veal gave way to filet mignon and crab became a signature part of the modern classic. ⏱️
