Grateful Fed Pub has closed! We thank you all for the on going support while building and making the coolest pub and live music venue on earth!
The landlord, John Sun ,company name 2nd Street Apartments , agreed to add us to the hotel liquor license as stated in the lease . We were told by the state to fill out our own application. 7 months later they showed up and said we needed to be on the landlords license. He refused. The state told us we had to cease selling liquor and beer.

He basically had me remodel his space and squeezed me out. It would cost an upward of 20-30k to fight Mr Sun. Which putting good money after bad isn’t always the best idea.

What we can do is rise up as a team and expose this bad man for who he is.

This has been rough for my family and workers.

We are looking for a new location close or in downtown St Pete to reopen the Love and Magic that we had. Please stay tuned and stay Grateful cause we ain’t Dead yet
