Meet the Chef 👨🍳✨
Chef Jordan Ewing’s journey in the kitchen started long before Sauvignon Wine Locker. Born and raised in St. Pete, Florida, Jordan first discovered his love for food while watching Food Network with his grandma, a passion that would eventually turn into a career. 🍷
Starting out as a dishwasher, Jordan’s dedication and work ethic quickly stood out to Chef Josh Breen, who saw his potential early on. Over the years, the two worked side by side in multiple restaurants, with Josh becoming both a mentor and major inspiration throughout Jordan’s culinary journey. Jordan credits much of his success and growth as a chef to the guidance and support Josh gave him along the way.
Today, Jordan brings that same passion and creativity into every dish he creates at Sauvignon Wine Locker. From beautifully crafted pastries to new menu ideas, he loves having the freedom to experiment and create memorable experiences for guests. 🥂
