Locally Owned. Independently Owned Brewpub in St. Peters, MO

Third Wheel Brewing was founded by a group of nerdsfriends who initially met through Geocaching but bonded over a mutual love of craft beer. We serve up a wide variety of beer styles ranging from crazy-hoppy to delightfully sour and all tastes in between. Our atmosphere is casual and relaxed. We operate beer-hall style, so order at the bar when you are thirsty, and when you are hungry there's food at The Window. The food menu ranges from light snacks to a big-ass burger you may need to share with a friend. We encourage you to hang out, play one of our many board games, or get some "work" done on your laptop or tablet. Stay connected via TWB wifi. To complement our own beer list, we offer guest taps from the best local and regional craft breweries. You can also expect fun events such as beer education classes, beer+food pairings, Beer Bingo, Beer Brunch, live music, and more.

Head Brewer, Abbey Spencer, runs our 7-barrel brew house and loves to put a unique spin on traditional styles. Our flagship double IPA "Dyslexic API" has lactose added for a smooth mouthfeel. Our easy-drinking "Ophelia's Wit" offers a hint of rosemary. This is Abbey's first gig as a professional brewer, but she brings nearly a decade of homebrewing experience. She has also apprenticed at several area breweries. Abbey is the founder of The OG: The Women's Craft Beer Collective, as well as a member of the local St. Louis Chapter of the Pink Boots Society.

Our beer is exclusively available in our tap room, and we do offer 32-ounce crowlers and 64-ounce growlers to go. In 2019, it is possible you may see TWB on draught in select local bars and restaurants. We'll keep you posted as this develops.

The Window is our food partner and is an independent company. They offer a made-from-scratch menu designed to pair with our beer, and most dishes use our beer as an ingredient.
