10th Ave is blocked off today (Sept 5th) for an event on the beach by Surfers for Autism
But do not fret, we have parking in our space if you need to stop by and pick up snacks, drinks, chairs, umbrellas …or anything you need for your beach weekend! And don’t forget we deliver! Look for Cheryl riding the Island Life beach cruiser. Working and getting exercise and sunshine all at once 🌞

I’ll start calling everyone who left a text message yesterday and today. Important: we do not do annual rentals and we definitely do not allow smoking or cats.

Reserve your cabana for your next beach day! We have started taking reservations for Labor Day weekend. We do Cool Cabana beach setups. You can customize with number of chairs needed, beach towels, coolers with water and ice, drink tables, footballs, boogie boards and beach games.
