On January 23rd Nico’s Tacos will be closed in observance of ICE OUT Day, as an act of solidarity with the immigrant community we are proud to be a part of.
Nico’s was built by our family - our food tells a story of who we are and where we come from. Every dish carries our history, our culture, and the sacrifices made long before this business ever existed.
The sacrifices that are so deeply woven into immigrant culture-hard work, resilience, and showing up for one another-are what create something truly beautiful and meaningful.
We are so grateful to our community who continue to stand with us and protect us. To our neighbors that stand guard to ensure we all arrive to work safely, and get home sately.
On this day we are choosing to stand with our community, to stand for dignity and for humanity. No one should live in fear for simply seeking a better life. Strong communities are built when immigrants feel safe, seen, and supported. Let Nico’s be a home to all, and a reminder that we belong here.
