Good news! The Sierra November Pale Ale has been kegged, primed, pressure tested, air evacuated, and a sprinkle of CBC-1 Cask Conditioning yeast pitched to fluff it up a bit.

We use Iodine to do a starch test. If it were black or blue it would indicate an incomplete mash (sacchrafication). This yellow/red tells us we are ready to sparge!
