est friend asks if you want to start a brewery? The dynamic duo started down the road of market research and business planning when they hit a HUGE speed bump. Dane was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. That diagnosis meant no gluten, and even worse, no beer. The plans for the brewery were shelved for a period of diet adjustment and mourning. After trying multiple gluten-free beers, the boys came to conclusion that there was still an opportunity to realize their dream. With new-found determination, they set out to brew something that they could drink and enjoy together. After a few years of research and development, they finally figured it out, and their flagship beer Pyro APA was born. Now, instead of eating fire, they run a dedicated gluten-free brewery where they mix their own blend of quirkiness to brew great-tasting gluten-free "Craft Beer for Everyone". Beyond the flagship Pale Ale, they have grown our tap lineup to include IPAs, Lagers, Stouts, Reds, Browns and even a couple Apple Ales. All of them can stand up to their traditional brethren and you would be hard pressed to ever notice that they are truly gluten-free.
