CROCtoberfest returns 9/19! This twist on an Oktoberfest brings together live and fossilized crocs for family friendly fun!

- Gatorboy and his sidekicks from Sustainable Safari will be bringing several LIVE Cold-Blooded Friends including our rescued Alligator Domingo who is 8' long. You will even get a chance to give him (not Gator Boy) a grand kiss if you would like too!

-Mini Museum pop-up that shows off the wild and weird things crocodiles have done over their more than 200 million years on earth. There will be lots of real fossils on display including ones that guests can touch 12-4pm.

- Presentation of 'Good Momma Croc: Fossil Preservation of a Mother Crocodile with Her Eggs' by the Paleontology Department of the Science Museum of Minnesota 5pm.

- Ice Cream from MN Nice Cream

Tapping some kegs of Old Fashioned Ominous today.

This was double barrel aged for 3 years in barrels from J Carver Distillery. We first rested Ominous in Bourbon barrels for 2 years. Then transferred it into Brandy barrels for another year.

We finished the beer on sweet cherries and sweet orange peel. So a cocktail inspired beer of sorts. Orange, chocolate, brandy, oak, and vanilla aromas. Sweet cherry, oak, bourbon, orange, chocolate and toasted flavors. Medium bodied with a light bitterness and a semi-sweet finish. Pours a dark brown with a brown head.

When you go, get your butts over to The Hangar to try either our (brand new) Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp Lager or our (Returning Favorite) Honeycrisp Apple Lager.

Our Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp Lager, which will make its debut this year. Bright fruit notes are balanced by tart rhubarb. This lager is brewed with real strawberries and rhubarb and celebrates a classic Minnesota flavor in every sip!
