We are the first women owned — and brewed — microbrewery in the Twin Cities. We sell craft beer and food onsite in the brewery taproom and kegs offsite to Metro area retailers. Our brews are handcrafted in 10-barrel batches under the close supervision of Head Brewer and Founder, Deb Loch. Our "Plow to Pint™" Series emphasizes creating brews with a unique local twist. We're partnering with local gr

owers to bring their harvest, such as Minnesota wild rice, honey, raspberries, and pumpkins (to name a few) into UGBC specialty beers. Our mission is to make craft beer more approachable to everyone, especially women, through diverse and appealing product offerings, education, and customer service, all in a welcoming urban environment.

Carabiner Club is back for July — and we’re taking things outside again. ☀️🌈

Join us in the beer garden for an evening of bags, good conversation, and community. Whether you’re a seasoned co****le champion or have never tossed a bag in your life, this is a low-key space to meet other q***r folks, make friends, and hang out.

We meet every first Tuesday of the month, and it’s been so fun watching this community continue to grow. We’d love to see some familiar faces and welcome some new ones, too. Come solo or bring a friend! 💛

Blueberry Wheat—Plow to Pint® Series (5.2% ABV / 7 IBU) is a limited re-release, brewed with blueberries from Highland Valley Farm in Bayfield, WI. It’s a reminder that great beer starts with great neighbors—and what we can create when local businesses support one another. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
