I'm here to create the perfect board for your next event! I'm a girl from MN, born & grazed on the playground is where I spent most of my days (see what I did there?) okay, so I'm an 80's baby, but in my kitchen while I'm creating boards, you'll hear Alexa playing everything from Smokey Robinson, Johnny Cash, Franky Blue Eyes and Al Greene to Notorious BIG, Garth Brooks and BIG Sean. I love wine, cheese, and creating charcuterie and grazing boards for any and every possible occasion. The youngest of six, my passion for creating memorable, edible centerpieces started way back, when I knew that if I created the perfect snack for my older siblings, they would let me hang out with the "cool kids" (it was all part of my master plan). Over the years I have gone on to obtain various titles such as "Wife" (to a totally legit husband) "Mommy" (of two AWESOME boys), "Financial Crimes Investigator" at a wonderful firm of 13+ years (and counting), but the one title I never let go of was "The Bored Blonde". So that brings us to current day where with the sincere (and ever-present) nudging of my wonderful family and friends, I'm rebranding myself as "The BOARD Blonde", because why not??! It's 2021, and we can do what we want, right?? So with that, I'm taking a leap of faith (with fingers crossed and hands folded) I'm extremely excited to create boards for all of you and truly humbled by all of the support I've received in my new venture.
