It's been a long time since I posted, my apologies, no excuses really. Been busy trying to make money to keep brewpub going and finally get to canning. Not to mention our cold winters in the Kingdom are not good for my Afib.
I also apologize for being closed on so many days we are suppose to be open. I was aware of some and not of others. Starting this week, Wednesday May 4th I will be working all four 4 hours shifts per week. That's Wednesdays & Fridays from 4pm to 8pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 5pm. I may have some others help, but I will be onsite.
Hopefully we can get back to brewing good beer, sarting with going back to our original grain vender and new batches of the American Blond, the Double Citra J, Mango IPA and Carpet Crawler IIIPA first.
Please continue to patronize us as we get back to basics and the beers and start making some other improvements.
Lastly, a gentlemen and kind sole that has helped us on Fridays passed away last week. He will be deeply missed as he had a big impact on myself, my brother, Tom, Bill, Steve and Isabel. Seth, know to us a Lefty Yunger was an amazing man as well as talent. He not only played piano and sang, but grew over 20 varieties of hot peppers and made his own line of Hot Sauces.
He recently stopped by and visited with both Steve & Isabel and myself on his way back from Miami where he rescued his aunt and brought her all the way back to the Kingdom.
Lefty you will be deeply missed by many!
-Special Cheers & God Bless to you my friend
