When I say we love our staff, WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR STAFF‼️ I don’t know how other businesses operate, but at Dapper D’s Ci**rs and Cheesesteaks, we thank our staff daily for their contributions and willingness to show up and go above and beyond for our customers. The question was what Business advice would you give to another entrepreneur?

One thing Jack has frequently spoke about is his journey in entrepreneurship is that he believes it easy for people to look at another person’s life or journey and say it must be good. In reality it’s a lot of things the average person does not see. Due to that very reason, one thing he always states when you ask him this question is that entrepreneurship is not for everybody.

It is hard, and if you don’t figure it out, you can lose everything trying to. But listen to his response🔥

Fact or Myth? 👀

Myth: Dapper D’s Ci**rs has a strict dress code.

FACT: That dress code hasn’t existed since July 2022.

In the beginning, we did have a dress code that was primarily enforced after 6 PM. Somehow, over the years, that turned into people believing Dapper D’s had a dress code all day, every day.

The reality is, we did away with the dress code because people started creating their own standards, which was actually the reason we implemented one in the first place.

So, if you’re one of those guys still talking about the dress code Dapper D’s had FOUR YEARS AGO, we’re inviting you to come check us out again. 😂

A LOT has changed since then.

When we were in the concept phases of the brand, Jack had a mentor that told him, “in order to be successful, you have to be different! Are you willing to be different?”

Jack answered that question not by word, but by actions!!
