Father’s Day weekend deserves more than a reservation. It deserves time well spent.

Join us Thursday through Sunday as we watch the U.S. Open from Shinnecock Hills and celebrate the fathers, mentors, and family members who have shaped our lives.

Whether you’re joining us for our lunch, settling in for dinner, or simply gathering at the bar to enjoy a glass of beer or wine and selections from our Petite Moments menu, we have something for every occasion and every pace of celebration.

Join us in St. James for a midday escape centered around seasonal cuisine, thoughtful wines, and unhurried hospitality.

Our Daily Lunch Service features a three course menu for $55, with menu selections that evolve frequently to reflect the season, the ingredients, and the creativity of our kitchen. À la carte options are available as well.

Lunch is served Wednesday through Sunday beginning at 12 PM.

Join us Monday, July 13th for the Galiano 8 Course Sommelier Experience, a guided tasting dinner led by Sommelier Arielle Ventrice in collaboration with Executive Chef Roger Martinez and the Galiano culinary team.

Throughout the evening, guests will experience eight courses thoughtfully paired with each Galiano varietal, exploring progression, balance, seasonality, and pairing at a deeper level through a curated sommelier-led format.

With more than two decades of hospitality experience spanning beverage leadership, wine education, and restaurant management, Arielle brings a refined yet approachable perspective to the wine experience at Galiano.

This will be an intimate evening with highly limited seating and one you will not want to miss.

Meet Arielle Ventrice, Sommelier at Galiano Wine Bar & Restaurant.

With more than two decades of hospitality experience spanning beverage leadership, wine education, and restaurant management, Arielle brings a thoughtful and deeply personal approach to hospitality and wine service.

After years leading front of house and beverage programs at respected Long Island restaurants including Waterzooi, Arielle pursued certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers, successfully completing the examination and blind tasting component following years of study.

At Galiano, Arielle leads the wine experience with a focus on thoughtful pairings, approachable hospitality, and creating an experience that feels both elevated and personal.

Her experience and passion for wine and hospitality will play an important role in shaping the guest experience and special events at Galiano Wine Bar & Restaurant.

This is not happy hour.

Petite Moments was created as an extension of the Galiano experience. A dedicated bar menu of refined smaller offerings designed to be enjoyed alongside wine, conversation, and a slower pace of dining.

The menu features oysters with cucumber mignonette, gildas with anchovy and guindilla verde, house made ricotta, Iberico charcuterie, and other smaller compositions inspired by European wine bars and coastal dining culture.

Every Petite Moment is offered at 12 and paired with a suggested Galiano wine selection.

Available all day, every day, exclusively at the bar.

Bar seating is available on a first come basis.

Alongside our own wines, we are proud to offer a thoughtfully built international selection designed to complete the experience at Galiano. While our wines remain the foundation of the program, these bottles help fill the spaces and styles we do not produce ourselves, allowing us to offer a more complete and well-rounded journey through wine.

From grower Champagne and coastal Sicilian whites to structured Piedmont reds and naturally sparkling pét-nats, each wine is selected with the same intention behind our own label: balance, authenticity, and a strong sense of place.

Although we thoughtfully suggest pairings throughout the menu featuring the wines we produce, we also invite guests to explore the work of some of the most respected and expressive international producers we are proud to carry. A program built not simply around variety, but around discovery, conversation, and a deeper appreciation for wine from around the world.

This weekend’s verbal special brings together richness, texture, and restraint in a way that feels both refined and deeply comforting. The gnocchi are delicate and pillowy with a butter-enriched finish, while the Golden Osetra caviar adds salinity, minerality, and subtle depth across the dish.

Our Reserve Pinot Noir from Napa Valley was selected alongside it for its softer tannin structure, bright acidity, and layered red fruit profile. The wine cuts through the richness while complementing the earthiness and creaminess of the gnocchi without overpowering the caviar.
