What an incredible Potluck Dinner powered by our friends ! 🥘🍷✨

We were honored to welcome Chef Jonny Black of Chez Noir, Chef Joe Papach of The Harvey House, and Chef Max Wittawat of Bangkok Supper Club into our kitchen to create an incredible collaborative menu. A huge thank you to each of them for joining us and making this happen!

A frosty morning on 🌿⁠

“This early part of December has us enduring the coldest stretch yet of this fall season here at the farm. The beauty of growing for a restaurant where the menu is always seasonal is that we don’t have to try too hard to fight mother nature and protect our crops from the freezing temperatures. All of our crops at this time of year are cold hardy and can survive easily in this weather with little more than some frost blankets. Almost all fall and winter crops adjust to the season by creating sugars to prevent the water in the cells from freezing and bursting. This means that these crops are at their most delicious when the weather turns cold. You can enjoy these added sugars especially in the carrots, turnips and daikon that are currently on the menu.” - Zac Yoder, Farm Director
