It’s Wednesday, and that means the doors are open at Bistro 221 for another great week! It is spotlight time!!! A weekly spotlight of the dishes and drinks we love that you might have over looked!

This week’s drink is a black cherry draft beer made by Snafu. It’s a fruity, tart, and crisp sour. It’s only here for limited time so stop by and give it a try. We also have other options of draft beers available.

This week’s dish is our smash burger!!Two patties smashed together with American cheese and onions and your choice of toppings.

It’s Wednesday, and that means the doors are open at Bistro 221 for another great week! This Wednesday is a little different. The spotlight is our special of the month. May is here and so is your new favorite bite!

The Cuban is pressed and packed with flavor. It has roasted pork, savory ham, provolone, mustard, and pickles.


You will get the perfect sip with our St. George peach. It’s a delightful combination of peach infused mezcal, black pepper syrup, lemon and almond liqueur rimed with tajin.
