To whom it may or may not concern...Thanks for wasting what is now 3 weeks of my time so far on trying to get my paid in full phone unlocked! After several emails, calls and store visits stating that it would be unlocked within 24 hours via multiple 'escalations', I am now forced to resort to working my way up the hierarchy to in order to find someone who can resolve this huge inconvenience! After +10 years of a business and personal account with little to no issues, I am extremely disappointed to have to deal with this annoying interruption of service that has cost me more time and money than ever. If anyone knows who I can contact outside of the template cookie cutter answers I have been receiving, please have them contact me ASAP...social media rant over (for now)!
On a side note: Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and genuinely tried to help (except one person). 5* reviews for Michael G. and Rachel at the Cobblestone store location in St. Augustine for sincerely doing everything they could to try and resolve my situation. Their manager CJ on the other hand could learn a thing or two on how not to make a bad situation worse with her cavalier and flippant (send an email) attitude. Her indifference to finding a solution and only seemingly wanting to get rid of me was very apparent.
