I decided to jump in on the charcuterie trend just to see what it would do—and honestly, it describes me pretty well. Anyone who really knows me knows it’s hard to catch me without a big smile, especially when I’m doing what I love and surrounded by people I care about. That happiness is what’s helped me grow and has pushed both my business and my passion to where they are today. I truly love what I get to do and being able to share it with others. We’re always told to find something we enjoy and pour ourselves into it, and this is exactly that for me—my creative outlet, my passion, and something that brings me real joy.
