🍷✨ Last night, The Brunch Guy took fine dining on the road! ✨🍽️

We had the pleasure of traveling to Frankenmuth to cater a gourmet four-course private dinner in someone’s beautiful home!

Our team put together a special menu for the evening, bringing a restaurant-quality dining experience right to our guests’ table. And of course, we had to bring a little something sweet from our sister bakery, The Bread Gal! ❤️

🍤 FIRST COURSE
Blackened Shrimp with sweet corn purée, grilled corn rib, garlic aioli, green onion, and fresh lime.

🥗 SECOND COURSE
Fresh Arugula Salad with sliced apples, Brie cheese drizzle, candied pecans, crispy prosciutto, and a pomegranate fig vinaigrette.

🥩 THIRD COURSE
Boursin-Crusted Filet Mignon served with creamy pumpkin risotto, roasted tri-color carrots, and a rich red w**e demi-glace.

🥧 FOURTH COURSE
The Bread Gal’s Sweet Potato Pie topped with candied walnuts and sunflower seeds, caramel drizzle, and house-made whipped cream.

What a fun evening! We love getting opportunities like this to step outside our restaurant and create memorable dining experiences. A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts for inviting us into their home!

🧡 Good food, great people, and an even better cause! 🧡

Last week, The Brunch Guy and The Bread Gal had the pleasure of participating in the CAN Council’s Dine & Unwind event in Bay City!

It was such a great evening bringing together local restaurants, businesses, and community members, all in support of an incredible organization. The CAN Council does amazing work helping prevent child abuse, supporting children and families, and advocating for those who need it most. ❤️

We had a blast serving up our Elote Corn Ribs and Bread & Butter Board with assorted butters! 🌽🍞

A huge thank you to the CAN Council for putting together such a wonderful event, and to everyone who stopped by our table to say hello and enjoy some food!

We love being part of a community that comes together to support causes that truly make a difference. ❤️
