Our plans to celebrate Oberon Day last month was delayed due unseen circumstances. While we have had Oberon since release day, the extras were delayed.

So they are back on.

Stop in tomorrow (Thursday 4/24) to try a couple extra goodies.

Oberon Orange Vanilla Cream...and good old Oberon classic is you haven't yet this spring.

As we say hello to summer with Oberon, we will say goodbye to winter with a tapping of Bourbon Barrel Aged Raspberry Expedition Stout. If you missed out on this b**r, this might be your last chance.

It's that time of the year again and people have been asking for them......

We will be tapping the Breakfast of Champions b**rs from Kuhnhenn Brewing Co this Thursday (3-13) .

Also, we will be tapping Dangerous Weekend by City Built Brewing.

This is Lori Kula's award winning Dark Belgian Strong Ale from the 2024 Siciliano's Market Homebrew Competition Best of Show. City Built Brewing in GR scaled it up for all to enjoy. Lori is a member of the local Cass River Homebrew Club and patron of the Tap Room.
So stop out to try her award winning recipe and support local brewing.

Need a small break from the holiday craziness?

Stop in tomorrow, Wednesday December 27th, at 5pm to try out a few new b**rs to the area.

We will featuring a few b**rs new to the area from Bière de Mac Brew Works out of Mackinaw City.

We will be tapping their first four offerings....with more to come in the future.

Blueberry Wheat: Our American Pale Wheat Ale is complex with wheat/barley/hop/fruit balance. Brewed with love using Nugget, Cascade and Mosaic hops for earthy and fruity characteristics. This b**r finishes with medium body and a crisp but subtle blueberry overtones. Our Blueberry Wheat b**r hits all the notes of a fruit b**r but still holds the integrity of a everything that you would expect in a wheat b**r.

Janis the Eagle Farmhaus: Janis the Eagle is a Latvian Farmhouse ale that has a fare amount of European malts giving a nice cracker/bready profile; De-bittered Black provides color without roast. Lemony Latvian Farmhouse yeast gives this b**r a distinctive taste and dry finish. Citra & Sorachi Ace hop varietals brings out nice lemon pith and citrus aroma. In turn we have a super approachable thirst quenching b**r!

Second Beach French Grisette: For those of you unfamiliar with the French Grisette style, it is the cousin of saison and is climbing the ranks to be the next hit under the French/Belgian Farmhouse style. They are low alcohol, have a fair amount of wheat in the grain bill, and have noticeable hopping levels. Our Second Beach French Grisette hits all those marks as we exclusively use Strisselspalt and Tardif de Bourgogne French noble hops giving it a pleasant lemony citrus aroma & flavor.

Loudmouth Blonde: The Loudmouth Blonde is a mainstay at Biere de Mac and has become known and loved by many through out the years. It consists of 2 Row, Vienna, Melanoiden & Crystal malt in the grain bill and makes this fantastic Belgian Blonde Ale a must try. With medium body and a crisp finish this b**r really wets your whistle. With a "loud" mouthfeel and bready clove characteristics, this easy drinking b**r is sure to please anyone who enjoys a hearty Blonde!

Just wanna wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

Stardust/Tap Room will be open tomorrow, Christmas Eve, from 12pm-5pm. I will be putting up our Bloody Mary & Mimosa bar. So if you are heading out to do some last minute shopping, or have friends & family in town....stop on in.

Stardust/Taproom will be closed Monday, Christmas Day.
