🚨 TICKETS ON SALE AT NOON TODAY! 🚨
We have a NEW & IMPROVED ticketing system, so things may be a little different (and hopefully much better!) today!! Although we've launched it on the standard movies, this is our first time experiencing the demand of the Cinema Supper Series tickets, so please bear with us if there are any hiccups!
What's changed:
-Tickets *should* go live right at 12- there's no 10-15 minute wait for server to push the tickets out, so it should be much faster. Tickets will be available through both the movie page & the special events page- if you have trouble with one (you shouldn't!), try the other!
-You may have noticed over the past month that we've added a WAITLIST feature on our movies! If someone can't attend a film, they can release the seats and *IF* they're resold, we'll refund your tickets. This same feature is available on the CSS tickets. This time, you'll need to add yourself to the waitlist for EACH SHOWTIME you are wanting to attend. (In the future, we'll be adding a checkbox where you can select multiple showtimes). The waitlist is great- as soon as a ticket is released, it automatically contacts the first person on the list & they have 15 minutes to complete the purchase before moving to the next name. So that is a CHANGE from prior CSS ticket sale practices- do NOT email [email protected] to get on the waitlist- add yourself on the site to as many showtimes as you'd like!
Other notes:
-The Tuesday 4:30 show is the WILD CARD show. There are no pre-sales allowed, so it is a fully open showtime!
-Please remember that this event is 21+
