GIGGLE GAMES UPDATE

We’ve made the decision to postpone next weekend’s Giggle Games due to some last-minute event logistics and site setup challenges that would keep us from putting on the kind of day we had planned.

Rather than scale it back or force it, we’re moving Giggle Games to spring 2027, when we can give the event the space, setup, and full experience it deserves.

If you’ve already registered, we’ll be reaching out to you directly with more information.

The good news: Giggle Games isn’t going anywhere. We’re just moving it to a better spot on the calendar and giving ourselves the chance to make it bigger, better, and slightly less likely to melt everyone in the Florida heat.

Gigglewaters at the James Beard Foundation Platform by JBF.

Still letting that sentence sink in.

This week, we had the incredible honor of bringing Gigglewaters all the way to New York City to create a cocktail program for the James Beard Foundation’s Platform.

We created five cocktails for the evening, each one unmistakably Gigglewaters. Playful, unexpected, a little over the top- but never without purpose. Behind every bit of whimsy is an incredible amount of thought: flavors balanced and rebalanced, ingredients chosen intentionally, and details obsessed over until everything is just right.

We’ve always believed that exceptional and fun don’t have to be opposites.

And there was something really special about seeing that philosophy celebrated on a national culinary stage. We didn’t have to make Gigglewaters quieter or more serious to get there. We got to bring all of it- the creativity, the precision, the whimsy- and show what we can do.

We couldn’t have been prouder to share this experience with Savannah Dolan, our longest-tenured bartender, who has poured so much of herself into Gigglewaters over the years. Getting to stand behind that bar together in New York and show them what we do was incredibly special.

And a huge thank you to Visit St. Pete-Clearwater, Florida for believing in us enough to trust Gigglewaters to represent our city. We were so incredibly proud to carry a little piece of Safety Harbor with us to New York.

Sometimes you’re so busy building the thing that you forget to look up and see how far it’s come. This week, standing at the James Beard Foundation in New York City, we looked up.
