Bailarín Cellars was created by a collective of family and friends, each who follow their passions in life. From the harvest of grapes to wine production to company management to our hand drawn logo and more, we strive to accomplish our goals through contributions of people who love what they do. Together, these combined efforts create exquisite, hand-crafted wines. We are proud to share the fruit

s of our labor and love with you. We are a Sonoma County Winery with a Tasting Room in Sacramento, CA. Our new location is located at 720 K Street, a 1/2 block from the Golden 1 Center. Our first 6 wines were rated 90 points or better from Wine Enthusiast, including a 94 Point Editors Choice for our 2015 Manchester Ridge Pinot Noir. We feature small batch, single vineyard Sonoma and Mendocino County wines. Our wine bar also features an Insight Coffee Roasters Espresso Bar.

Happy Harvest Month! Chillier days are finally breezing in as a phenomenal growing season comes to a close. Consistently cool summer temperatures have produced grapes with concentrated flavors and great promise.

While we are still getting ready to say good-bye to our downtown tasting room, this historic location will be open this Sunday, October 19th from 12pm-5pm.

Wine club members will be able to pick up their Fall 2025 allocation on Sunday, but we will also be open for regular service. So please come on by this Sunday and enjoy a glass of wine or a cappuccino as we get ready for the next exciting step in our winery’s journey!

We’re less than one week away from our Fall Wine Club Pickup party and we couldn’t be more excited!

Join us on Saturday, September 27th from 1-4pm at our Downtown Sac Tasting Room. The pickup party will feature a food pairing wine flight, with a small bite designed to enjoy with each of the four wines we’ll be featuring!

Entry is complimentary for members and up to one guest. Tickets are $25 for additional member guests and non-members alike.

Véraison has fully taken off at the Suacci Vineyard! This flagship grape grower and core Bailarin Cellars partner is located in the Russian River Valley and produces phenomenal Pinot Noir with deeply concentrated flavors.

Véraison is the period in the growing season where grapes change color, a process that’s also characterized by a marked increase in sugar levels as the fruit fully ripens. Over the next few weeks and months, we’ll continue to monitor the vines until they reach that sweet spot where sugar and acidity are perfectly balanced.

We’re looking forward to the 2025 Bacigalupi Vineyards Designate Tasting on Saturday, July 12th from 11am-2pm at Grand Cru Custom Crush!
